PRODUCTS

Two product lines, one production site

Coagulation and flocculation are different jobs. We make both, so the two stages can be matched to the same water instead of being bought from two suppliers.

Coag Aqua polyaluminium chloride, light yellow powder in a glass dish
Coag Aqua

Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC)

A pre-hydrolysed inorganic coagulant. It neutralises the charge on colloids and bridges them into flocs that settle quickly, without changing the pH of the treated water much.

Floc Aqua polyacrylamide, white powder being poured from a glass beaker
Floc Aqua

Polyacrylamide (PAM)

A high-molecular-weight flocculant. Long polymer chains bridge small flocs into large, dense aggregates, which speeds up settling and improves sludge dewatering.

WHY KAIMILA

What a producer can do that a trader cannot

01

Factory direct, no trading layer

Both product lines are made in our own plant in Zhengzhou. You deal with the producer, so grade changes, packing and delivery dates are decided by the people who make the product.

02

A COA with every batch

Al2O3 content, basicity, pH, insolubles and moisture are tested lot by lot. The certificate ships with the goods and can be checked against your incoming inspection.

03

Grade selected from your water analysis

Send pH, turbidity, alkalinity, COD or fluoride level and we run a jar test to recommend a grade and a starting dose, instead of quoting a generic product.

04

Export packing that survives transit

25 kg bags with PE liner, 1000 kg jumbo bags, 25 L drums and 1000 L IBCs. Palletised or floor-loaded, with marks and labels prepared to your order.

SELECTION

PAC or PAM — which stage are you fixing?

Most dosing problems come from using one product for the other one's job.

HOW WE WORK

From water analysis to repeat supply

  1. 01

    Send your water analysis

pH, turbidity, alkalinity, COD, fluoride, temperature and daily flow. A photo of the plant helps too.

  2. 02

    Jar test and grade selection

We test candidate grades at several doses and send you the settling curves with a recommended starting point.

  3. 03

    Trial order

Start with a few tonnes or a pallet, run it on site, and adjust the dose with our technical team.

  4. 04

    Repeat supply

Fixed grade, batch COA, and a delivery schedule that matches your consumption.

Jar test before coagulation: raw water with fine suspended solids
BeforeRaw water. Colloids and fine solids stay in suspension.
Jar test during coagulation: flocs forming after PAC dosing
DuringAfter PAC dosing, flocs form and start to grow.
Jar test after coagulation: clarified supernatant and settled sludge
AfterClear supernatant, sludge compacted at the bottom.

Jar tests run in our laboratory on customer samples. The settling curve and the recommended dose come back with the quotation.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is the difference between PAC and PAM?

PAC is an inorganic coagulant. It neutralises the surface charge of colloids so that they can gather into small flocs. PAM is an organic flocculant with very long molecular chains that bridge those small flocs into large, fast-settling aggregates. In most plants PAC is dosed first with rapid mixing, and PAM is dosed second with gentle mixing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A trial order can start at 1 tonne for powder grades, or one pallet. Full container loads are 25 tonnes floor-loaded or about 20 tonnes palletised for a 20 ft container. Mixed containers with PAC and PAM are possible.

Can you send a sample before we order?

Yes. We send 1 – 2 kg samples of the recommended grade so that you can run a jar test in your own laboratory. Please share the water analysis first, because the sample has to match the grade, not just the product name.

Which documents come with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of analysis for the batch, and the material safety data sheet. A certificate of origin can be added when your customs or a letter of credit requires it.

What are your payment and delivery terms?

FOB Qingdao, Shanghai or Ningbo, and CIF or CFR to your port. Payment is normally 30 % deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Production takes 7 – 15 days after the deposit, depending on grade and quantity.

Do you supply drinking water grade PAC?

Our standard range is produced to the industrial grade specification GB/T 22627-2022. If your project needs a grade for potable water supply, tell us the required standard and the destination country at the enquiry stage, and we will confirm what documentation we can provide for that order before you commit.
